Your Order


For any orders placed through our website we will contact you within 12 hours of your order being submitted to confirm the applicable delivery service.

If you place the order with our sales team on the telephone then we will fully explain the delivery service to you when finalising your order. You can find out information about our general delivery services under the "Delivery Details" section below.


We do, on occasion, run deals on This is an excellent opportunity for customers to find out about our brand and to take advantage of huge discounts on offer through their platform on a selection of our goods.

If you are a Groupon Customer then here is some key information that you need to know:

We are The Sofa Warehouse, and are taking care of despatching and delivering your Groupon order.

We will send you text updates about your delivery, with tracking details for your order so you know when to expect your new goods to arrive and where they are in the delivery network.

If you haven't provided us with an up to date mobile telephone number, or a telephone number where you can be contacted within working hours - please call us. We will need this to keep you up to date with the progress of your order and some of our delivery services require a contact telephone number in order to facilitate delivery.

We are the specialists in despatching and delivering your goods, if you have queries regarding your product once it arrives please contact Groupon through their website.

Delivery Details


Please let us know at the time of order if there is any access or parking restrictions that our courier company should be made aware of prior to delivery.

We are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Offshore Islands and the Channel Islands. If you placed your order through us directly we will have already informed you of this. If you have purchased your goods on and live in one of these areas, unfortunately we will have to cancel your order with Groupon, who will be in touch with you soon.

Sofas and Recliners

All sofas and larger items are sent using a premium, two man, white glove delivery service:

  • Your order will be sent on a white glove 7 - 10 working day delivery service through Furdeco
  • Furdeco's service includes a two man team bringing the goods into your property, to your room of choice
  • Furdeco will unpack your delivery, set the goods up for you and assemble them (if required)
  • Your order will be sent to our warehouse to be picked in preparation for collection by Furdeco
  • We will also keep you updated on the progress of your delivery via text message
  • Once Furdeco have scanned your goods into their depot they will offer you an initial delivery day and 3 hour delivery slot via text
  • Please keep a look out for contact from them and respond as soon as you can to secure your delivery slot
  • If they do not have a response from you they will try and call you to arrange the delivery
  • Once you have accepted the slot - on the day of delivery you will receive a call from the driver prior to arrival to confirm you are available at the property to take delivery
  • This call can be anything from 10 minutes to an hour before arrival
  • Please be aware that if you decline the initial delivery slot offered by Furdeco then your order will go back into their planning cycle
  • It may take a couple of days before you are contacted to arrange another delivery slot - we advise you try and facilitate the initial day and slot offered wherever possible for speedy delivery!
  • Furdeco will take away your new products packaging - at your request

Swivel Chairs, Ottomans and Tub Chairs

Swivel Chairs, Ottomans and Tub Chairs are sent using a next working day courier service. We use a mixture of DPD, DX, XDP and Tuffnells to deliver orders, dependant on the item purchased and your location.

Here is further information on the next day service:

  • We will text you to confirm that your order has left our warehouse
  • This will let you know which courier is delivering your goods
  • We will also include the tracking information for the order to allow you to follow its progress
  • Once you receive the text message to confirm that your order has left us then you can expect this to arrive on the following working day
  • Remember this is a weekday service - so if you receive this email on Friday your delivery will be Monday
  • Your delivery will arrive between 8am and 6pm, you will need to be there to accept delivery
  • If you miss the delivery, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange another day for delivery
